On January 8, 2014, I had a pipe break loss that was overwhelming. As soon as the incident occurred, I called Allstate immediately to report the claim as well as for assistance. In a moment of crisis using coastal was the best decision I made for me and my family. After hurricane Sandy my house and my mother in law's house across the street were devastated with over 3 1/2 feet of water in the main floor of both homes. Coastal made all the arrangements with the insurance company adjustors, met with them to asses the damage and fought for us to quickly get the right amount money to fix both houses without having to file an appeal for more money. We received our money very quickly and we're back in our homes on February. With all the other issues I had, placing the families in temporary homes, work, etc... Coastal was a God sent.

When Sandy hit last year I was left with total devastation and an insurance company that told me they would have to get back to me. I tried to keep in contact with them and kept getting different answers from different people. I could never get the same person twice. I was given a check almost immediately to start remediation of the house, preventing mold from spreading.
